IN BALANCE ON THE BOARD: INDOBOARD AND INDOFIT COURSE

More and more people are using the indoboard, either for training or just for pleasure. In both cases the benefits of the balancing action are great and visible: increased balance and coordination, prevention of injuries, skeletal muscles and heart strenghtening, improved posture.

INDOBOARD, originally designed and created for board sports athletes training, has now become a tool that allows everyone to experience a fitness class with proprioceptive exercises included.

Even children can try it and have fun with this discipline, using the board, playing with their body and learning through specific excercices to find their balance.

The 1 hour courses run by Guido Virgulti INDOBOARD ITALIA instructors will be scheduled from Saturdayto Sunday at the following times :

Saturday 05/07: from 10:00 to 18:00

Sunday 06/07: from 10:00 to 18:00

PRICES: € 10 for children aged 5 to 14 - € 20 for adults and over 14
