El Cor is one of the hidden jewels of the Dolomites, a heart-shape stone arch suspended in a particular area of the Pale di San Martino near a ridge overlooking the splendid Valle di San Lucano.
The Cor loop hike is an adventure, a trekking route reserved for the most experienced, since it requires the ability to climb I and II grade rocks, both uphill and downhill. The unmarked path crosses some of the most spectacular landscapes of the Dolomites passing from the vertical ‘Pale dei Balconi’ up to the lunar dolines of the ‘Altopiano delle Pale’.
This excursion with an alpine guide will allow you to enjoy the wonderful scenery of the ‘Pale di San Martino’, the ‘San Lucano Valley’ with its ‘Pale’, the Agner Group, the Val Garés, and more in the distance, the Marmolada and the Civetta. This activity is for 3 people assisted by an Alpine Guide (if you want to book a private excursion with a guide the cost is 300 €).
