Through years of teaching experiences and with utmost patience, she will always serve you clear and precise instructions.
In classes and workshops she emphasizes cooperation and effective technique that gives you confidence and strong foundations to continue you balance practice (acroyoga, slackline yoga…).
In her free time she is a playful spirit that loves to hanging from something, being upside down or turning on her beast mode with some conditioning. She enjoys climbing, hiking, biking.
