LauraSole is a teacher of Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Dance and Reiki Practitioner.
She started teaching dance in 2005. In 2010 he moved to New York where he remained for five years and it was there that he began to approach yoga by attending the Modo Yoga center in the West Village. Always fascinated by everything that embraces the holistic world, in 2018 she begins a journey that ends in 2019 by obtaining a certificate as a 2 * Level Reiki operator and in 2020 she is certified as a Naturopath.
At the same time he decides to realize his passion for Yoga by certifying himself in 2021 with Hari Om Yoga School of Alessandria in Vinyasa Yoga and in 2022 with the Samadhi Center of Florence in Yin Yoga with Daniele Ceccarelli. Vinyasa is a dynamic practice, flowing to the rhythm of one's breath. Following the breath, listening to its as a sweet harmony accompanies us on our short but intense journey to discover ourselves. The sequence of the practice varies from time to time, performing the various Asanas (postures) that will lead us to a physical, mental and spiritual improvement, sometimes putting us on the line in a fun way. The Vinyasa practice calms the nervous system and cleanses the internal organs, blood vessels and lymphatic system, improving health and generating a sense of deep well-being. Constant practice can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce stress levels. Yin practice is a static style of yoga. It incorporates the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Asanas held passively for a few minutes going to lengthen and relax the connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, tendons, cartilage and bones). It is a simple and intense practice that teaches to relax body and mind deeply, stimulates the vital energy of the meridians and organs. It can be practiced by anyone. Like all styles of yoga it improves physical and emotional health; stimulates the energy flow from the muscles to the connective tissues; purifies and strengthens the body and mind; improves joint mobility by preventing and treating injuries and pains; induces myofascial release, balancing the meridians; increases the flexibility of the whole body; relax deeply; it favors meditation and allows those who lead a sedentary life to reactivate.
