LE 5 TORRI– MOUNTAINEERING ROUTE IN THE DOLOMITES

CLIMBING

The ‘Cinque Torri’ are the perfect test bench for generations of mountaineers with climbing features that perfectly reflect those of the great surrounding mountains; it can be said that they are the gateway to mountaineering on the great Dolomite mountains.

The Towers and boulders can be climbed on each side and the type of rock and climbing is very varied.

On the southern and eastern slopes the rock is mostly yellow and overhanging and offers climbing often by fingers, on notches and vertical holds. On the northern and western slopes, the rock is predominantly gray and worked by water so it’s very solid and with numerous holes and tunnels.

The route will also be determined based on weather conditions and the level of the participants.

This activity is for 2 people assisted by an Alpine Guide (if you want to book a private excursion with a guide the cost is 300 €).
