AERIAL DANCE

For me, Aerial Dance is a metaphor for life, many difficulties and obstacles are encountered along the way.

In daily life too often we have to give up in the face of "force majeure".

On the other hand, on the fabric the challenge is only with yourself, there is no one else to account to, just you and the fabric.

And when you finally take the plunge and realize you've succeeded...

The world seems less scary, you feel stronger, anything seems possible…

I'm quite a shy person, I had to overcome this fear and I could never have done it without Aerial Dance.

Teaching gives me enormous satisfaction because I am able to pass all this on to women and girls who want something more...

 

The lessons last 45 minutes and at the end of each lesson there is a short time dedicated to free trials. The lessons are differentiated according to the Aerialflow Method, the times are as follows:

Lessons for children (level 1 and 2):

Saturday 27/07: at 10am; 2pm and 4pm

Sunday 28/07: at 10am; 2pm and 4pm

Basic adult lessons (level 3 and 4):

Saturday 27/07: at 11am; 3pm and 5pm

Sunday 28/07: at 11am; 3pm and 5pm

Intermediate adult lessons (level 5 and 6):

Saturday 27/07: at 18:00

Sunday 28/07: at 18:00
