"Electro Yoga", an original project by Edi Tombari, is an interactive and experiential performance that transforms the practice into a true sound journey.
Set in the natural beauty of the Tuscan mountains, your yoga mat becomes a stage, and your breath becomes rhythm. Through a carefully crafted fusion of ambient sounds, voice, nature sounds, and sound healing frequencies, body and mind move in harmony in a guided flow of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and meditation.
An hour of total immersion, where you can surrender to vibrations and mindful movement.
