HATHA YOGA: THE IMPORTANCE OF BREATH

During the seminar, after an individual analysis of spontaneous breathing, some specific yoga practices will lead you to the awareness of the respiratory movement and to the expansion of the various lung areas.

The benefit of a free and conscious breathing can improve the quality of life and sports performances in general.
