POI WORKSHOP

CLASS / WORKSHOPS

A journey into rhythm and movement through Poi, balls attached to cords that spin to create shapes, light trails, and mesmerizing patterns in space.
With Giulia Magelli, participants will discover the secrets of this fascinating discipline with ancient tribal roots:

  • joint warm-up,
  • learning the basics (planes of rotation, stops, direction changes),
  • first tricks and juggling elements.

A playful and creative workshop that enhances coordination, balance, and imagination — turning movement into art.

The 30-minuts open level courses will be held:

SATURDAY the 13th

  • from 10:30 am to 11:00 am
  • from 11:30 am to 12:00 am
  • from 03:30 pm to 04:00 pm,
  • from 04:30 pm to 05:00 pm

 

SUNDAY the 14th

  • from 10:30 am to 11:00 am
  • from 11:30 am to 12:00 am
  • from 03:30 pm to 04:00 pm,
  • from 04:30 pm to 05:00 pm
