A SENSORY REAWAKENING

YOGA & BALANCE

An immersive workshop that unites sensory experiences, play, forest bathing, and moments of guided reflection. It is not an excursion or a lesson: it is a true experiential journey in which the forest becomes teacher and companion.

Participants, accompanied by listening and movement practices, slow down and let themselves be permeated by the natural landscape, rediscovering a new and profound gaze on themselves and on the world around.

Through the body, play, and imagination, we work on themes such as:

  • the sense of belonging and interconnection,
  • presence and awareness,
  • direct and authentic contact with nature and with the other.
