A PRACTICE BETWEEN “DOING” AND “LETTING IT HAPPEN”: INVERSIONS

After an intense and active day, our legs feel heavy and tired.

 

Cultivating the rhythm between “intention” and “surrender” this practice helps us reconnecting to our dispersed energies.

 

Hatha yoga, derived from tantric, is an approach that works with the body. "Ha" and "tha" stand for the sun and the moon, or the two complementary principles (masculine and feminine) that inhabit the human being and which, when in harmony, give balance and health to the person. Hatha also means strength and in fact the physical postures (asanas) that are practiced give strength to the body and strength to the ability to concentrate. The body gradually becomes more flexible and strengthens, a correct posture is stabilized and the asymmetries and weaknesses in the spine and joints are improved. Work on the body is complemented by a work on breathing that, from short, short and blocked as it is commonly, can slowly unblock, become freer and deeper, promoting a peaceful state of mind and a greater inner balance.

 

The course is a multilevel one, suitable even for beginners. 

 

After the course, you can taste a deliciuìous Herbal Tea offered by Manuel Caffè, at the Adventure Bar
