Departure: Sunday 28 July 2019, 10:00 in "Plaza Nuova" in Pieve di Livinallongo, next to the tent of the San Giacomo Patronal Festival. Departure in line.
Route: the competition develops along a track that goes from the village of Pieve di Livinallongo (1452 m) to the summit of Col di Lana (2452 m). The departure will be at "Plaza Nuova" next to the tent of the San Giacomo Patronal Festival. Competitors will then run through the center of Pieve, climbing first along the steep grassy slope and then, through a forest of firs and larches, up to "Prade". The vegetation gradually makes it possible to see the "Busc del Bruo" hollow that the competitors will face overcoming an easy rocky step. Following the line of maximum slope, the competitors will face the grassy slopes of the Col de Lana crossing the "Teriol Ladin" and then after the final stretch they will reach the panoramic summit.
