YOGA FOR CLIMBERS

CLASS / WORKSHOPS

A lesson dedicated to opening, strength , flexibility: these are essential qualities for people who practice climbing, but also for anyone else. 

 

Special attention will be given to the coordination of movements with breathing and to concentration, which are of great importance for the mind control and for the management of fear in hard situations. 

 

This class is suitable even for people who do not climb!

 

At the end of the class we will offer a delicious herb tea of Manuel Caffè!
