YOGA FOR RUNNERS

CLASS / WORKSHOPS

The lesson will begin in Savasana (relaxation in preparation for practice).

A small space will be left to the Mantra (sounds) and to the Pranayama (conscious management and expansion of the vital energy 'prana' using the breath).

 

We will then go to the Surya Namaskara, the Greeting to the Sun to continue with the Asanas (postures), giving particular space to the toning and stretching of the muscles of the lower limbs.

This type of work is very useful both as a preparation and as a recovery after the race and is also very effective preventing injuries.

 

The practice will end with the final relaxation and the Mantra.

 

The course is a multilevel one, suitable even for beginners. 

 

After the course, you can taste a deliciuìous Herbal Tea offered by Manuel Caffè, at the Adventure Bar
