ACRO DANCE WORKSHOP

CLASS / WORKSHOPS

A workshop where dance and acrobatics meet, creating a fluid and expressive practice that blends technique with improvisation.
Guided by Matteo Niro, participants will explore:

  • joint warm-up,
  • floorwork and basic acrobatic techniques,
  • building a personal flow of continuous, creative movement.

An inspiring experience to express yourself freely, using the body like a paintbrush on an invisible canvas.

The one-hour classes, open level, will be held:

SATURDAY 13

  • 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

 

SUNDAY 14

  • 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
