BUSHCRAFT: A NIGHT UNDER THE STARS AT THE ANDRAZ CASTLE

In one of the most fascinating places in the Dolomites, not far from the ancient Andraz Castle, you can live an unforgettable experience under the stars. A night in a real bivouac or in a suspended tent in symbiosis with nature, learning some of the secrets to live ‘Beyond Nature’ with Michael Bolognini.

He is one of the first experts to bring the Bushcrafting to Italy. He is a master in survival sports, coach in extreme sports and he is specialized in exploration techniques in areas of difficult access.

 

Sharing stories of travels in remote lands under a starry sky completely surrounded by uncontaminated nature will be the perfect set for this short, intense experience.

 

The participants will live this adventure as true explorers: after a trek in nature, they will identify a suitable area in which they will set up their semi-advanced camp using the equipment available. They will have to get organized to spend the night in the open, learning the necessary techniques as well as connecting with their inner awareness able to discover and awaken dozing instincts.

Meeting Point at the Adventure Outdoor Fest info point (Via Villagrande, 57) in Colle Santa Lucia.

• Sunday 23rd June:

10:00 am end of the workshop - return

REGISTRATIONS: On Saturday 22nd  June from 9:30 to 15:30 it will be possible to register, fill in the release form and pay for the fee at our Info Point in Colle Santa Lucia in Via Villagrande, 57.     In case of bad weather the workshop may be cancelled.  

Before and after the workshop it will be possible to visit the Andraz Castle.

 

 

 

 

A message from the guide Michael Bolognini to all participants: 

 

A real life experience in close contact with nature, in a real bivouac as in a million-star hotel. Every sound and scent will allow our senses to explore our most profound emotions.

A simple experience without risks but intense and full of charm, unique in its kind. 

 We will share insights, stories and anecdotes experienced in many years of travels in remote areas of the planet.

You will need to bring a warm sleeping bag (at least 5 degrees comfort) and a wool blanket if you have one.

An inflatable or camping mat.

Warm, layered clothing and a complete change.

A waterproof jacket and a hat.

 A headlamp or any portable torch.

 At least 3 liters of water and a packed meal for our Wild dinner.

 It will not be hot, we will not sleep on a bed, but we will be free and rediscover our true home and how welcoming it is.
