AERIAL DANCE WORKSHOP

CLASS / WORKSHOPS

An opportunity to experience the art suspended between earth and sky. Aerial Dance blends the elegance of dance with the strength of acrobatics, turning the body into a powerful expressive instrument.
During the workshop, led by Matteo Niro, participants will go through a complete journey:

  • ground and aerial warm-up,
  • learning basic and intermediate techniques (climbs, foot locks, first figures),
  • cool down and final relaxation.

A unique experience to build strength, flexibility, and creativity — perfect both for first-timers and those wishing to refine their skills.

The one-hour courses will be held:

SATURDAY the 13th

  • from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
  • from 11:00 am to 12:00 am
  • from 03:00 pm to 04:00 pm,
  • from 04:00 pm to 05:00 pm

 

SUNDAY the 14th

  • from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
  • from 11:00 am to 12:00 am
  • from 03:00 pm to 04:00 pm,
  • from 04:00 pm to 05:00 pm
