HATHA YOGA FOR EVERYONE

CLASS / WORKSHOPS / CAMP

This course will focus on simple exercises which can also be enjoyed by beginners. We will work on the breathing perception, mind relaxation, growth of consciousness.

We will propose some dynamic sequences that act on the spine flexibility, in harmony with breath.

In addition, the course will present the Asana postures that will delve into the concept of stability and both postural and interior balance.

The course will end with a few exercises of Pranayama (breath control) and a final relaxing session.
