HULA HOOP WORKSHOP

YOGA & BALANCE

During the first part of the workshop, some basic techniques of hooping, on-body and off-body, will be addressed: spinning, isolation, roll, break, balance.

During the second part we will look for a way to tie several figures, thus creating a sequence. The aim is to be able to move in space in harmony with the circle, make movements fluid, let yourself go to the rhythm of the music and experiment at the same time!

Those who already practice this discipline can try their hand at multi hooping.

The course is multilevel.
