KUNDALINI YOGA AND YOGA FOR CLIMBERS

CLASS / WORKSHOPS

During this session of Kundalini Yoga you’ll experience some breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and yoga exercises that help you breathe deeply, relax and calm your mind. You will also learn a series of dynamic warming-up sequences dedicated in particular to climbing.

Kundalini Yoga helps you to improve your athletic performances, not only on a physical level (flexibility, coordination, muscle tone, strength), but also teaches you to better breathe and coordinate the rhythm of the breath with movement.

It is also of great help for concentration and for handling stress and fear. In summary, it helps control your mind.

With regular practice you can get the most from your physical and mental abilities in sports such as rock climbing, mountaineering, running and any other sport.

In this lesson of Kundalini Yoga you will experience:

- Some Breathing Techniques (Pranayama);

- Some stretching and warming-up exercises especially dedicated to climbing;

- A kriya, exercise that increases vital energy;

- A long and deep relaxation;

- A meditation exercise that involves postures, breath and mantra (sound).
