VIPASSANA MEDITATION

Vipassana means 'clear vision'.

The vipassana meditation, therefore, one of the main forms of meditation attributable to Buddhist tradition, has primarily an investigative nature and aims at raising awareness in those who practice it, so that, being totally present in the 'here and now', you can get to know the reality surrounding us for what it really is.

It is therefore a tool through which you can 'remove' all false perceptions of reality, the result of habits and preconceptions, in order for you to accommodate things as they are in a fair-minded way, with a conscious presence to everything you do.

To be present to the present: this obviously finds a practical application both in everyday life and in extraordinary activities, like in extreme sports, which require a special attention and awareness of what we are doing.

The vipassana meditation practice includes both a 'sitting' and a 'walking type of practice. During this session you will be able to experience the ‘walking’ guided version, after a short presentation of the specific characteristics and modes.
