Andrea Bianchi helps us to answer this question through a journey in nature towards the deep roots of our Soul: taking our shoes off means removing any obstacle that separates us from the natural elements and we will be on a path to be taken one step at a time.

It’s a journey and at the end of it, you will start looking for the nearest grassy lawn to take your shoes off and start walking again with just the Earth under your feet.
