Yin Yoga is a simple and intense practice that teaches to relax the body deeply, calm the emotions, stimulate the vital energy of the meridians (similar to nadi) and organs, and prepare the mind and body for meditation.
Yin Yoga is inspired by the concept of yin and yang, the right balance between opposite and complementary forces of nature. In this lesson we will do a slow practice of the positions with the holding of 3/4 minutes each and small breaks to assimilate the work done and recharge with new energy.
We will focus on the spine, training its flexibility in all directions, to make it more elastic and stronger.
The practice is suitable for everyone, beginners and non-beginners.
