The practice, in the morning, also aims to give strength, openness, to allow you to face the fatigues and difficulties of the day, but it does not require particular "athletic" skills and is not excessively dynamic, respecting the possibilities and needs of each possible participant. The body sequences proposed are in fact essentially derived from the Viniyoga tradition which takes into account the many characteristics and specificities of the individual according to the famous motto of the master Krishnamacharya which fully reflects his spirit: "It is not the person who has to adapt to yoga but it is yoga that must adapt to the person”
