YOGA X SPORT: RECOVER AFTER TRAINING

CLASS / WORKSHOPS

Yoga at the service of the athletes to prevent injuries and optimize gesture and endurance during and after the training.

A simple but effective practice of rhythmically breath-cadenced positions, to actively de-contract, stretch, carry oxygen in the contracted areas, while strengthening and soliciting the antagonist muscles.

Yoga is the only discipline that combines ( from “yoga” = "union"), stretching and strengthening in breath, creating a feeling of alignment in body and balance in mind.

Athletes will then be enabled to hear in the '"asanas", in the position, the same effect of "meditation in action" they feel during the training, discovering deep affinities between the two activities.
