CHOOSING JOY: LAUGHTER YOGA MEETING & TRADITIONAL YOGA

YOGA & BALANCE

Laughter yoga was born in 1995 on the intuition of the Indian doctor Dr. Kataria and aims to induce laughter and playfulness through specific exercises so that little by little self-induced laughter can become spontaneous laughter bringing true joy.
It is defined as "yoga" for the wise use of breathing and the diaphragm, which is helped to unblock with positive repercussions on psychophysical health.
No physical skills are required but only the desire to spend pleasant moments.

Note: Laughter yoga is akin to aerobic exercise and all conditions apply. No special precautions are needed to practice except the desire to enjoy pleasant moments. However, it is advisable to consult a doctor before starting if you have the following conditions: hernias, heart problems with chest pain and uncontrolled hypertension, epilepsy, hypermania, bleeding, female urinary incontinence, pregnancy.
