We are glad to confirm or climbing workshop, that will become something very special this year!
The central theme of the course will be how to improve your climbing and set your own goals, assessing your strengths and weaknesses and putting in place some strategies to train your body and mind.
And, last but not least on how to increase concentration and abandon fears.
A photoshooting will be made during the workshop!

The climbing wall " Rienztal " is one of the most beautiful and scenic climbing areas of South Tyrol.
Visitors are more than thrilled by the unique scenery and by the climbing opportunities for all levels offered by this climbing wall in the Dolomites.
